The name on the badge is the one they go by
Attendees choose the name printed on their badge and shown at the door. Legal names are only asked for when an event needs them, stored separately, and can be locked so they don't change without you.
Collect pronouns with a ticket question and print them on the badge. Ask about access needs too, and show the answers to staff at check-in.

Built by people who've run the door
EventDrake started in 2021 as the system behind a series of community events our team was involved in running. Nothing on the market handled cabins, multi-day passes and a check-in desk together, so we built it. Other organisers saw it working and asked to use it.
