Lay out names, badge numbers, booking types, codes and images. Add answers to your ticket questions, such as pronouns.

Share printers
Put one card printer on a print server and send badges to it from several desks.

Write NFC tags
Encode an NFC tag in each badge at handover, protected with a password. Make it required, optional or off.
Badge styles
Keepsake plastic cards
Full-colour CR80 cards, the size of a credit card, printed on card printers. Durable enough to become a souvenir.
Fanfold cardstock
Card badges printed on demand from a continuous fanfold stack. Low cost per badge and quick to reload.
Clear overlay labels
Print names onto clear labels and apply them to pre-made, full-colour cardstock. High-quality badges at the pace of a busy desk.
Wristbands
Print wristbands on demand at the desk for events where a badge doesn't suit, like club nights.
Printers we support
EventDrake prints to plastic-card printers (including Magicard and Zebra models), label printers with continuous rolls, and most photo and small-format printers. Paper sizes include CR80 and CR79 cards, photo sizes and label rolls, or you can set a custom size.
Handover checks
If your desk scans badges on handover, EventDrake checks the badge matches the attendee in front of you, so two people with similar names don’t walk away with each other’s badges.
