Your event website

A website that lasts longer than one event

Most ticketing tools give you a page per event that disappears after the night. EventDrake gives your organisation a full website: every event you run, your news and FAQs, and attendee accounts that carry over from one year to the next.

How it works

  1. 01

    Pick a starting theme

Start from one of 16 themes, then set your own colours, fonts and logo. Each event can have its own look.

  2. 02

    Build your pages

Add pages, FAQs, news, navigation and content blocks without touching code.

  3. 03

    Use your own domain

Run the site on your own domain or a subdomain. We host the DNS and the security certificate for you.

  4. 04

    Bring people back

Attendees keep one account across every event you hold, with their bookings and history in one place.

Already have a website?

  • Ticketing only

Turn the CMS off and use EventDrake for ticketing and attendee accounts only.

  • Your subdomain

Run ticketing at an address like tickets.example.com and link to it from your main site.

  • An EventDrake address

Skip the domain setup and use an address we host for you.

  • Embedded checkout

Put event and checkout pages inside your existing site.

Built for series and repeat events

If you run the same camp every summer, a monthly club night or an annual convention, your website is where your community lives between events. News, FAQs and past events stay up, and when the next event opens, your attendees already have accounts.

Schedules and agendas

On Gold and Platinum, publish your programme as a public schedule. Attendees can save sessions to their own agenda.
