Pre-fill and fair sales
A fair go when tickets go fast
When an event sells out in minutes, the people who miss out are often the ones on a slow phone, using assistive tech, or who find fast typing hard. Pre-fill lets everyone get their booking ready ahead of time, so the rush comes down to one tap.
How it works
- 01
Open pre-fill
Choose when pre-fill opens, up to 4 days before sales start.
- 02
Attendees get ready
They fill in every ticket's details, choose add-ons and place a hold on their card. Nothing is charged yet.
- 03
Sales open
The moment sales start, they submit in one tap. Nobody is filling in a form against the clock.
- 04
Waitlist the rest
When tickets run out, people join a waitlist with their details already saved, so released tickets can be offered quickly.
Built for accessibility
Pre-fill is the setting we recommend for accessibility. It helps people who use screen readers or other assistive tech, people who find fast typing or clicking hard, and people on slow or unreliable connections. Everyone gets the same head start.
EventDrake’s attendee pages are built to accessibility guidelines, with keyboard navigation, visible focus and screen-reader labels throughout.
Ready for the rush
EventDrake is real-world tested to thousands of tickets per minute. Pre-fill also spreads the work out: most of a booking is done days before sales open, so the busiest minute is mostly one tap per person.
Save for later
Attendees can also save a booking part-way and come back to it, which helps anyone who needs to check details with a group or a parent before they pay.
