Every monthly minimum covers hosting your full website with us: CMS pages, themes, attendee accounts and their history across events, DNS hosting for your domain (domain registration not included), and every event and admin user on your plan. Your ticket fees count towards it.

Fees, explained
How does the monthly minimum work?
Your ticket and sales fees count towards it. If they come to less than the minimum in a month, we charge the difference. The minimum covers hosting your full website with us, including the CMS, themes, attendee accounts and their history, DNS hosting for your domain (domain registration not included), and every event and admin user on your plan.
What is the cap per ticket?
It limits the combined per-ticket fee and percentage on any single ticket. On Gold Commercial, a $2,000 conference pass costs $35 in fees, not $41.50. The cap doesn't apply to merch, separately sold add-ons or dealers' den sales, which pay the percentage only.
How do we pay EventDrake?
We invoice our platform fees monthly and charge them automatically to your card. Nothing is taken out of your ticket sales.
What about card processing fees?
Stripe charges its own processing fees on your Stripe account. They're separate from our fees and paid to Stripe directly.
Do you hold our ticket money?
No. Payments go straight into your own Stripe account, and you're paid out on your Stripe schedule.
Do prices include tax?
No. Prices exclude GST/VAT. Applicable taxes are added to your invoice.

Community is for registered charities and non-profits, clubs and community groups, schools, and volunteer-run events. Businesses, commercial promoters and corporate events use Commercial. If you're not sure, ask us.
